All looking great Don, sounds like you are well on track towards your goals. It's only a matter of time before those 20" guns are yours!

Btw, I sometimes make similar faces when flexing too, so don't sweat it!

hey thanks! I hope everything keeps working as I dial in this new routine.

So I am changing todays scheduled workout from chest and shoulders to just some simple calf raises.. Basicaly after yesterdays barbel rows, pull downs and dead lifts and shrugs.. My back and upperbody feels a little tired.

So going down to lower body and just somthing simple so I'm ready for chest and shoulders on sat.. Then there will be a full days rest on Sunday ( on the 7th day he rested! LOL) before another smash up of arm work on Monday..

Diets working because my waist has also dropped 1/2 inch despite no cardio or activity outside lifting and resting..I know I can drop a 1" of the waist per week if I do 15min jog first thing in the morning.. So I'm waiting for this 8 week cycle to end before dialing in cardio 3 times per week ..

Eventualy I will do it everyday to try strip back as much fat as possible, but for now I will just focus on bulk and anything else is bonus.

If for some reason gains stop I will put the mid week rest day also in as it could be overtraing..

Post edit:

Actualy just cheacked the routine I already listed and I did put calves for today anyway!LOL

So I wrote it down wrong in my diary.. It's funny to me because I wouldn't put back and chest on corosponding days with no brake in between..LOL
