Default Diet Info (Dorian Yates - A Warriors Story)

Hi all,

Recently recieved my copy of 'Dorian Yates - A Warriors Story' (btw an awsome read!), having read through the diet section, I am just wondering the mesurements that are noted, are they uncooked or cooked weights?

e.g. 100g Rice, 300g Baked Potato.

That's a really good question...the rice gains the water while the potato loses it when all cooked.
Hmmm....
