Default here comes help

hey dude,
you seem to have a lot of body fat your best option would be to go on a high protien, moderate fat and zero carb diet(pre contest diet),
do 14 sessions of low intensity cardio one hour each/ week
hit the weights hard(intensity).... do this for 16 weeks and you may loose 35 to forty pounds of fat....now that you are not on steroids the chances of muscle loss are pretty high so all you can do is never slack on your diet...never miss your workout...

walking is one of the best exercise. Walking exercise doesn't require any athletic ability. Everyone can doing this exercise easily. If you are looking for a weight loss then this is best for you. Its also boost your energy levels. Personally I believe walking is the best way to start off any new weight loss program as long as your doctor approves it!

If you need to lose weight, choose a well balanced diet food such as Weight Watchers, rather than a fad diet.Use low-fat milk-dairy products in eating. Eat a diet food with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.Mostly eat fruits and vegetables that are currently available in-season.You can do Daily physical activity that achieves fitness and balances energy expenditure with calorie intake.

The best way of losing weight is to make jogging.
I know what I’m talking about – I had the same problem.
Then I bought a big dog, obliged to do long walks I lost my extra pounds.
