I can tell you with all honesty you don't need half of that... not even a quarter! If 3+ decades under the iron has taught me anything it's the fact there are but a handful of moves that will ever dramatically alter your appearance, and if you apply yourself, as you are supposed too, 20-30 tops will be adequate.
Keep your routine/s around the basics... in order deadlifts, squats, rows, dips, db or bb press. When you steadily grow stronger on these time-proven mass builders you'll grow as strong or as big as your genetics will allow. |

Yes i agree keep routines to basics but ita all depends on what you want if you want a bit of muscle or a bit of mass then keep to the basics but those who want to get huge its a good routine if you seen the movie pumping iron you will see how that routine made arnold not everyone is the same as you some people do different things to what you do.

In all honesty that routine didn't "make Arnold"... superior genetics + drugs did. Besides, when he was building his initial mass his routines were nothing like the one you mention... they revolved around the basics, as all the champs do when starting out (and most likely natural).
I've been around the block a few times, worked in a variety of gyms, and I only saw those who adhered to simple routines revolving around the basics grow and change their appearance. While the volume trainers spun their wheels and stayed the same... week in, week out. |

Dude. less is best. Don't overtrain - a common mistake.
